Ong Namo Guru Dev Namo

“Ong Namo Guru Dev Namo” is the Adi Mantra.

“I bow to the Creative Wisdom, I bow to the Divine Teacher, I bow to the Guru within, I bow to my Higher Consciousness, to my Soul ".

it is chanted at the beginning of a Kundalini Yoga session to help us tune into the Divine flow & self knowledge we all carry within.

You can chant this mantra 108 times.

Sit comfortably on your yoga mat in easy pose (sukasana) or on your heels (rock pose) or on a chair (please make sure that your feet touch the ground, if don't, please have a pillow or bolster underneath of them).

Place your left hand in Gyan Mudra (touch the tip of your index finger with the tip of your thumb and rest your hand on your left knee - palm faces up).

Hold your mala in your right hand. The mala rests between your index finger and your thumb. Find the bigger bead (guru - meru bead) and slide your thumb over every sing bead chanting ONG NAMO GURU DEV NAMO (total 108 repetitions) - check the link with the beautiful Nirinjan Kaur's version.
